Our Process

How We Service
Your Pool

Every visit follows the same proven 8-step routine β€” documented with photos, logged to your portal, and completed to the same standard every single time.

No shortcuts. No guesswork.

After 22+ years servicing pools across Arizona's East Valley, we've refined our process into 8 non-negotiable steps. Every technician follows this exact routine on every visit β€” so your pool is always in the same hands, even when the face changes.

1
Arrival

Step 1 of 8

Arrive & Assess

Your technician arrives on schedule with a fully stocked service tote, telescoping pole, brush, and net β€” everything needed for a complete visit.

We check in via the customer portal so you know exactly when service begins.
2
Pump Basket

Step 2 of 8

Inspect & Empty the Pump Basket

Before touching the water, we head straight to the equipment pad. The pump strainer basket is removed, emptied, and rinsed β€” protecting your pump motor and ensuring full circulation.

We also check pressure gauges, inspect for leaks, and note any equipment concerns.
3
Before Photos

Step 3 of 8

Document the Starting Condition

Timestamped before photos are taken of the pool from multiple angles. This creates a transparent record of what we found β€” and makes the transformation at the end undeniable.

Photos are uploaded directly to your customer portal within minutes.
4
Skimmer Basket

Step 4 of 8

Empty the Skimmer Basket

The skimmer basket is pulled, emptied into the trash, and inspected. We check the weir door for proper operation β€” a stuck weir door is one of the most common causes of poor surface skimming.

A clean skimmer basket can reduce pump strain by up to 30%.
5
Brush Walls

Step 5 of 8

Brush Walls & Steps

Using a professional pool brush on the telescoping pole, we scrub the walls, steps, and waterline to prevent algae buildup. Consistent brushing is the single best defense against green water.

Debris is emptied into a trash bag β€” never left on your deck or in your yard.
6
Surface Skim

Step 6 of 8

Net the Surface

A fine-mesh net removes any remaining surface debris β€” leaves, insects, pollen, and dust. We work methodically from the deep end to the shallow end for complete coverage.

Surface skimming also improves chemical distribution across the pool.
7
Chemistry Test

Step 7 of 8

Test & Balance the Chemistry

We use a Taylor Technologies test kit β€” the same professional-grade kit used by certified pool operators β€” to test free chlorine, combined chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, and cyanuric acid.

All readings are recorded and logged to your service history in the portal.
8
After Photos

Step 8 of 8

Document & Upload the Finished Pool

After photos are taken from the same angles as the before shots, creating a clear side-by-side record of the transformation. Results, chemical readings, and photos are uploaded to your portal.

You receive a notification the moment your service report is ready.
